Presenter Mode allows hosts and presenters to take exclusive control of what all participants see within StickyNotePages. Click the Presenter Mode button in the menu bar to enter Presenter.  When Presenter Mode is activated all attendees' views of the pod (including other hosts and presenters) will automatically change to match that of the host or presenter that activated Presenter Mode. All hosts and presenters will see that the Presenter Mode button in the menu bar is highlighted and a blue halo around the inner edge of the StickyNotePages page to indicate that it is active.  Participants will see a red halo around the inner edge of the StickyNotePages page to indicate that Presenter Mode is active. If a participant is editing a note text when Presenter Mode is activated their changes up to that point will be saved and they will be removed from edit mode while their view syncs to that of the Host or Presenter that activated Presenter Mode.  While Presenter Mode is active only Hosts and Presenters will be able to add, select, edit or move notes and change pages. All attendees will see the same view of StickyNotePages as Hosts and Presenters. If any host or presenter highlights a note in green while presenter mode is active all participants views (including other hosts and presenters) will jump to view that note. |
